Information for Race Horse Owners - Listed Owners

Each Owner named in the Race Book PLUS a guest will be entitled to free entry to Morphettville Racecourse and Member's enclosure (except 1st Floor Member's Bar).

Each registered owner must produce photo identification to access entitlements. The guest must accompany the registered racehorse owner into the course and complete a Guest Sign in Form to receive ticketing.

The Club will distribute a maximum of 40 Members Passes per horse. The Club will distribute a maximum of 20 Mounting Yard Passes per horse for space and safety reasons.

Information for Race Horse Owners - Syndicates

Members of Syndicates with a share in a horse engaged on the day not specifically named in the race book will also be entitled to free entry to Morphettville Racecourse and Member's enclosure (except 1st Floor Member's Bar).

Each syndicate manager is responsible for providing the Club with a list of names, or completed Guest Sign in Forms before the day of the race meeting of the syndicate members who are to receive the Owners' entitlements. If no names have been sent prior to the meeting, then the only person who can pick up the tickets for the syndicate is the syndicate manager.

The Club will distribute a maximum of 40 Members Passes per horse. The Club will distribute a maximum of 20 Mounting Yard Passes per horse for space and safety reasons.

Management reserves the right to adjust these privileges to accommodate the anticipated needs of specific races as it may deem necessary, notwithstanding any safety considerations that must be maintained.

Becoming a Race Horse Owner

You may be interested in becoming a horse owner, or part of a syndicate with your friends, but unsure of how to. You don't need any experience - but enthusiasm for horse racing is a must, as is the ability to support your race horse through losses and wins.
