All staff treated the students in a positive and professional manner. Unlike other venues attended students were not treated like “kids” but dealt with as the young adults they are. Well done.

The highlight of the year
On behalf of Novita Children’s Services, I would like to pass on our sincere thanks for your contribution to this year’s Australian Masters of Fashion event!
The new venue, wonderful line-up of entertainment and of course the return of stalwart Guy Barton, meant this year’s event proved yet another success.
Novita’s Australian Masters of Fashion event is the highlight of the year for many of South Australia’s “fashionistas” and this year was no different. More than 250 people enjoyed a gorgeous evening of live entertainment, sumptuous food and wines and the latest in fashions.
Novita Children’s Services is a world leader in the provision of therapy, equipment and family support services to more than 1,000 South Australian children with physical disabilities each year. Novita’s clients range from 0 – 18 years with disabilities such as cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, muscular dystrophy and spina bifida.
Through family support, therapy and the provision of equipment we aim to maximise each child’s potential, enrich their quality of life and prepare them to be as independent as possible in the community in which they live.
Thank you once again for your dedication to this wonderful event, and for your ongoing commitment to Novita’s children.”

Lauren and Andrew were fantastic. They are important to your business. I would come back because of them.
Coming from Melbourne we are always a bit worried about high standards in WA, SA and Qld. But Lauren and Andrew were awesome to work with. Nothing and I mean nothing was a problem. They both put the extra time in from the first enquiry to the last day of the function. So a big thank you.”

Very well organized function.
“Both Lauren and David were pleasant and helpful and we were very pleased with their involvement. The room looked very clean and tidy considering there were people using it only a few hours before. The staff and cleaners must have worked hard which we did appreciate.
The bar staff were friendly and attentive. The waiters didn’t interrupt and push their way in front of you which we liked but we always knew they were there.
All the staff were very pleasant and polite. Thank you for a very well organized function which went off very smoothly. We both felt very relaxed knowing everything would be done well and felt very confident in the outcome of the night. Our guests enjoyed themselves as well.”

We would not hesitate in recommending the SAJC/Tapestry Pavilion as a wedding function centre.
“Lauren was our function co-ordinator and she was always contactable and always assisted us greatly whenever we had a query with her. We were always confident in Lauren with the co-ordination of the wedding and it ended up being the best day of our lives.
Andrew was our supervisor on the wedding day and he was just magnificent. We cannot speak highly enough of Andrew, he was approachable, professional and simply fantastic in the way in which he looked after us and our guests. He went above and beyond his duties to make the day what it turned out to be, for us.
Food was absolutely superb and the service from all the staff matched the quality of the food.
We would both personally like to thank Lauren for all wedding preparations and Andrew for going above and beyond his call of duty to provide a magnificent day for all to enjoy. Thank you.

“The Committee of the SANFL Life Members and Australian Hall of Fame Members’ Club met this morning and discussed various Club functions including our very successful “Race Day” held at the SAJC Chairman’s Room on 10th May this year.
We were unanimous in our appreciation of an excellent function enjoyed by all 49 members and guests. Jennifer Cross, the Function Supervisor on the day was most helpful and no doubt was responsible for the smooth running of the day’s events and Lauren Vaughan, the Function Sales Executive was most professional in the prior administration of the event in terms of attention to detail, e.g. the table placing, name tags, menu, wine list, payment arrangements etc.
Committee has directed that on their behalf I write to you expressing our appreciation and request that you convey our thanks to those responsible and we look forward to future similar events.”

“Would you please thank your team for their part in assisting us host a very successful conference last Friday. We thought the venue, food and staff attitude were excellent, and the Evaluation Forms from participants indicated that they thought so too. Everything went very smoothly and we will probably be arranging a similar conference next year.
