I have lost my tickets – what should I do?
General admission tickets cannot be replaced. Function tickets are numbered and therefore once reported lost or stolen these tickets will not be valid and replacement tickets can be re- issued at a cost of $10.00 per ticket . Are my Credit Card details secure when I pay online.
All credit card payments on this site are secured with eWAY. The SAJC uses 128 bit SSL encryption to protect confidential data during online transactions.
Where do I pick my tickets up from?
After full payment has been received, and if the purchaser has not requested Express Postage (surcharge of $12.00 applies) the purchaser will receive a SMS text message informing them that their tickets are ready to be collected.
All tickets are to be collected from the Secretary’s Office at Allan Scott Park Morphettville Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
NOTE: there is no ticket collection on the event day.
How are my tickets posted to me?
Tickets are posted using secure registered express post and postage & handling fee apply.
If I am coming in general admission to any race day do I need to pre purchase my tickets?
Tickets for general admission can be pre purchased but they will still be available at the turnstiles on entry
I am a member, do I have to give you my member number when booking online?
We have a provision for you to type in your member number so we can check your membership status. You do not have to provide this to send us your online booking but this is certainly helpful.
I wish to pay by EFT, Cheque or Cash, How do I do this?
This can not be achieved online. Please attend the Administration building at Allan Scott Park Morphettville, Morphett Road, Morphettville to make any EFT Cheque or Cash payments.
Tickets are avaliable for collection once funds have been cleared.
Tickets are posted using secure registered express post (postage & handling fee apply) until 10 days prior to the event. After this time it is necessary for you to collect tickets personally from Allan Scott Park Morphettville prior to the event day.
